Firstly, welcome, you are reading our very first post. So thanks for being here.
Just so you know, this project is extremely fun. News can be boring some times so we thought we could make it fun and it starts with this blog post.
AudiBrow is an internet browser app. Use it to listen to content from top blogs and websites like TechCrunch, CNet, Bloomberg, CBS sports and more.
So, instead of sitting in front of your computer or phone to read, you can simply listen to the content while you commute or at the gym.
If you listen to Podcasts, you’ll love AudiBrow.
Who started AudiBrow?
Why we made AudiBrow?
We both love podcast and audiobooks for 1 reason- we can listen and consume the content while commuting, walking, cooking or at the gym.
However, written web content from sites like TechCrunch, CBS, Fox, can only be read, and with our busy lives time to sit down and read all their great content is nearly impossible. We wanted to create another way of consuming this content- by listening to it. So we created AudiBrow.
Long Term Plans for AudiBrow
We feel AudiBrow in the future will be a natural extension of 1000’s of websites. Websites will want their content on our app so that their users can consume the content by listening when the user can’t read.
In fact, this is part of our growth strategy. Any site that wants to grow its readership, loyalty, active users and revenue will want this method of content consumption.
Because we will work with sites that have thousands to millions of readers, they will help growth AudiBrow’s user base.
How is AudiBrow built?
You want me to tell you our secret sauce recipe?
Okay, fine, I’ll tell.
AudiBrow coverts text into human-like audio speech and delivers it as high quality audio via our app. Our goal is to create life-like interactions with our listeners.
We use AI based tech solutions from Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Voicery, and others. Although each company is excelling in this space, we had to adjust several elements to create the audio output you hear from our app. The content is streamed directly from our servers to the app.
The above may sound simple, but it wasn’t. It took us over 8 months to perfect the audio quality, streaming and app UI.
We hope you enjoy the app we have built for you.
